第二步：撒干粉，此干粉是炸薯塔的配料之一，作用是使炸出的薯塔外形更高大上，口感更香脆。（我公司为方便客户，长期供应薯塔脆炸粉）

第三步：挂糊上浆，撒完干粉的薯塔还不能下锅油炸，需要再挂上一层炸粉浆糊，这样做出的薯塔更加perfect！这是使黄金薯塔口感更好的第二道保障！

第四步：油炸，经过以上工序后把薯塔放到170度左右的油锅内炸制，这样色泽更加迷人。我公司特有旋转薯塔的油炸炉，有燃气炸锅和电炸锅两种，分别使用的是液化气和220v电源，可以根据自己需求自由选择。
